Obituary of Donna Leezia Campbell

Donna L. Campbell (58) resident of St. Maries, ID, died Jan. 25, 2016 suddenly and unexpectidly at her home. She was born April 17, 1958 to Cecil and Ruth (Stout) Edwards in Johnson City, TN. Donna grew up in Johnson City. She graduated from Happy Valley High School with the class of 1976. Following graduation, she went to work for Harris-Tarkett Flooring Company on the assembly line. She worked there for 19 years. Donna married Mitchell Campbell on Feb. 27, 1993 in Coeur d’Alene, ID. They made their home in St. Maries. Donna went to work for T.J. Moss and Company before going to work for Bob Baltz working in security at the St. Maries Complex of Potlatch Corp. Donna also worked as a sales clerk for Tri-peaks and part time for Bright A Morn Services in Industrial Cleaning and part time as a cook for the Benewah Co. Sheriff’s Dept. Donna became disabled in 2004 with a back injury. Donna enjoyed sewing, gardening and growing flowers. She also enjoyed fishing when she lived in Tennessee. Her other interests included crocheting and for about 15 years every Christmas, she would make candies and cookies for the Planer crew at Potlatch. Donna was a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Maries. Donna is survived by her husband Mitch at the family home. Her daughter and son-in-law Amy and Mike Kuntz of Johnson City, TN. Her Father Cecil Edwards and sister and brother–in-law Kathy and Steven Renfro all of Elizabethton, TN. Donna is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles including Evelyn and Dick Scott of St. Maries and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth. Funeral Services will be Friday, January 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. the First Baptist Church 516 S. 2nd. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
