Obituary of Stacy Michelle Sawyer-Wines

Stacy M. Sawyer-Wines, 46, passed away on February 4th, 2016. Stacy was born July 5, 1969 to Darrell and Sandra Hindman in La Mirada, CA. Stacy grew up in Oroville, Ca, where she graduated from high school with the class of 1987. While in Oroville, Stacy worked for several years as a veterinary assistant at the Oroville Veterinary Clinic. She moved to St. Maries, ID in 2005 with her family where she worked for the Santa-Fernwood Water Sewer District as well as Idaho Partners in Care as an in-home caretaker before health issues led her to become unable to work. Stacy was full of love for her animals and her family. She treasured driving to and adventuring new places. Stacy saw magnificence in God’s creations, and through her crafts made beautiful art with the nature she loved so much. Stacy was a loved member of the Emida Non-Denominational Church in Emida, ID. She made her home on Hwy 3 in Fernwood, ID with her daughter, Chloe, and their 3 dogs. Stacy is survived by her husband Harold Wines of Coyote Crossing in Fernwood, whom she was married to on May 22, 2010. The beloved mother is survived by her children, Chloe Hindman of her home, Ryan Ravert of Fernwood, McKinzie Deal (Married to Justin Deal) of Coeur d’Alene, Heather Sawyer of Oroville, CA, and stepson Brandon Goin of St. Maries, as well as two grandchildren. She is also survived by her parents, Darrell and Sandy Hindman and her grandmother Betty Brun, all of Fernwood, as well as her brother and sister in-law, Darrell II and Dana Hindman of Oroville, CA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Heather Dawn Hindman, in 1988. A celebration of her life will be held at the Emida Non-Denominational Church at the Emida Community Center on Tuesday, February 16th at 11am. Potluck meal to follow.
