Obituary of John Wallace Broussard

John W. Broussard (70) died at his residence in Emida, ID on March 1, 2019.  He was born to Edwin and Joyce (Delahoussaye) Broussard on November 10, 1948, and he grew up in Port Neches, TX.  His father worked for BF Goodrich.  John graduated from Port Neches-Groves High in 1967, PNG.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles, Harley-Davidson’s, mechanics, and building.  He served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corp building bicycles 2 stories high.

John is survived by his brothers Preston Broussard of Toledo Bend, TX and Paul Broussard of Beaumont, TX; sister Janice (Ed) Hardman of Santa, ID; step-daughter Evette (Larry) Runyun of Yakima, WA; 2 step-grandchildren; 2 nephews and 1 niece. 

A memorial potluck with full military honors will be on June 22, 2019 at 1:00 pm at his residence 491 Santa Creek Road, Emida, ID.
