Obituary of Ronald James Fagg
Ronald James Fagg (66) resident of Yaak, MT. Died March 30, 2013 at Spokane, WA. He was born August 22, 1946 to Eldridge and Virginia (Hulett) Fagg at Seattle, WA He grew up at Alderwood Manor, WA and graduated from Shorline High School with the class of 1964. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He was honorably discharged three years later. He had one marriage that ended in divorce. After his discharge, Ron worked for the St. Maries Complex of Potlatch Corp. He returned to the Seattle area shortly thereafter and went to work for King County Water District. Ron's other career positions included working for the City of Bothell, WA and the City of Kirkland, WA before going to work for Thurston County as a Road Supervisor. He married Barbara Gee on Sept.2, 2000 at Coeur d' Alene. They made their home at Yaak, MT, near Troy, MT. Ron served on the Yaak Volunteer Fire Dept. He was also trained as a Wildfire Fire Fighter. Most recently, he operated the Boyd Cemetery at Yaak. He was described as a loving and giving man. He never left a job unfinished. He enjoyed carpentry and hard work. Ron always carried other peoples emotions and wishes. Ron is survived by his wife Barbara at the family home in Yaak, MT. His son Ronald James McConnell and daughter Joanna Carns both of Seattle, WA. Step-sons Jason Gee of Olympia, WA. and Robert Tuttle of Bellingham, WA. He is also survived by brothers Danny Fagg of Port Orchard, WA and Robert Fagg of Whidby Island, WA. Sisters Sandy Anderson of Fernwood, ID, Virginia "Brownie" Montee and husband John of Hayden Lake, ID, Robin Stratton of Whidby Island, WA and Julie Beck of Everett, WA.
