Beautifully written obituary. Frances is my last living aunt on both sides of family and she was truly a loving, caring lady. Always happy to see you, would give you anything she had that you needed and shared her family history as well as inquiring about your own family history. I will miss her always but have wonderful memories and pictures forever.
Rest in peace Frances and love you always.

Francie was one of a kind. Lived by the grace of God and was truly a walking witness for the Lord. She has earned her wings and is walking the streets of gold. Francie was an angel to so many. She blessed the Upriver Community for so many years. We had a medical problem we always went to Dr. Francie . She was and is so loved. A very giving lady who will be missed by so many. After so many years of work she is now at rest with our Savior. God bless you
