Obituary of Jacquline E. Marriage

Jacquline "Jackie" E. Marriage (59) resident of Plummer, ID died peacefully June 20, 2013 at her daughters home in Fernwood, ID She was born November 8, 1953 to Edwin and Patricia (Igoe) Abrahams at Nevada City, CA. She grew up in Grass Valley, CA. She graduated from High School there with the class of 1971. She married Orville L. Sands at Grass Valley in 1972. Following their marriage, they moved to Texas in 1974 and later that same year to Noshoba, OK where she was a housewife. She returned to California in 1980. Jackie was divorced in 1984. She worked as a nurses aide in Anaheim, CA to support her family. She later went to work for Pacific Bell I until 1990 when she moved to Alder Creek, near St. Maries. She married David Marriage in 1992 at St. Maries. They made their home at Marble Creek where she tended bar at Bernies (formerly the Greek's at Marble Creek). Jackie moved to Plummer in 2001 and enjoyed working in her garden.. She started working for the Coeur d' Alene Tribal Casino in food service in 2008. Jackie enjoyed spending time with her grandchilden and working in her garden. She also enjoyed watching "Dance " movies. Jackie is survived by her husband David of Plummer, ID. Her son Joseph Sands of Fernwood, ID and daughter and son-in-law Brinda and Raylen Baird of Fernwood, ID daughter Dominique Frohock of Moreno Valley, CA. Also surviving are grandchildren Dominique Sands, Kaycie Baird, Chance Baird, Shyanne Baird, Cierra Baird, Averie Baird, Karson Baird, Christopher Sands, Jonathan Sands and Brittany Sands. She was preceded in death by both her parents.. A celebration of her life will be held..Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Maries Assembly of God Church 421 S. 23rd St. with Pastor Lynn Peters officiating.
