Obituary of Ephesus Collins
Ephesus "Lewis" Collins (58) resident of Calder, ID died August 10, 2013 at his home in Calder from an apparent heart attack. He was born March 2, 1955 to Grover Cleveland and Sara May Collins at Kermit, WV. He grew up in Ohio. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. In 1970 and served until his honorable discharge in 1974. He married Debbie Moore in Kenton, Ohio on June 22, 1974. They made their home at Kenton where Lewis worked for a sock factory. In 1980, he moved to York, KY where he worked for a saw mill. He returned to Columbus, Ohio in 1982. He was divorced later that same year. He married Carol J. Miller in 1989 at Kenton, OH. In 1992, he moved to Idaho and went to worked for Regulus Stud Mill as an Edgerman. He became disabled in 2004 and moved to Calder, ID in 2008. He was divorced in 2011. Lewis is survived by his sons Denver Collins of Morristown, TN, Charles Collins of Nashville, TN and Ephesus Collins of Warfield, KY. His step-son Shane Collins of Calder, ID. Also surviving are his daughters Eliza Hittchings of Warfield, KY, Cynthia Conley of Palastka, FL and daughter and son-in-law Lateaya and Travis Brewer of Tensed, ID.
