Carol Ann Howells (75) former resident of St. Maries, ID died March 29, 2014 at St. Maries, ID. She was born October 4, 1938 to John and Lelia (Barkus) Garner at San Bernardino, CA. Carol has lived recently back in St. Maries since last year. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. Carol is survived by her daughters Cheryl Reinhart of Helena, MT and Leila M. Solom of St. Maries, ID., Sons John Henry Tallman of Helena, MT, James Lee Tallman of Bakersfield, CA and John Wayne Moore of Harrison, MT. Also surviving are her brother Richard Garner of Oklahoma, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren one niece and one nephew. At Carol's request, no services will be held.
