Obituary of Alice Faye Woodbury

Alice Faye Woodbury (66) long time St. Maries, ID resident, died April 13, 2014 at her home near St. Maries following an extended illness. She was born January 29, 1948 to Leo and Bessie (Routh) Stanisloo at Marysville, CA. Faye grew up in Susanville, CA and graduated from High School there with the class of 1966. She moved with her daughter to St. Maries from California in 1980. She worked as a waitress and cook for Bud's Big Burger, The Cook Shack, the 4-D's Restaurant and as a cashier for Ed's R & R and the Third Street One Stop. Faye married Dick Woodbury on December 20, 1987 at St. Maries. Her last employment was with the Coeur d' Alene Casino where she worked in the gift shop. Faye became disabled in 2005 and retired. Her husband Dick died in 2007. Faye was a member of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Odd Fellows and Rebekah Lodges. She was an outdoors woman and enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and four wheeling. Faye also enjoyed horseback riding. Faye is survived by her daughter Betty Cordle of St. Maries, grandchildren , Kaeleena Wilder of St. Maries, Cody Cordle of Orcas Island, WA and Jennifer and husband Raymond Clift of Vancouver, WA Great grandchildren Taylor Cordle-Gee, Hunter Ables and Titus Clift. She was preceded in death by great granddaughter Izzabella Clift in 2011 and her sister Louise Reid in 2007. A celebration of her and Dick's lives will be held later this Summer..
