Obituary of Ruth E. Baum

Ruth E. Baum (76) a resident of Santa ID, died at the Benewah County Hospital August 19, 2010. She was born October 6, 1933 in Modesto, CA to Raleigh and Grace Miller. Ruth grew up in Redding CA and graduated from Redding High School, Class of 1951. She left Redding CA in 1952 and moved to Lake Elsinore CA where she married and became a housewife. She divorced in 1975 and moved to Whitter CA where she worked at many jobs before going to work as a Production Planner for an Electronics Industry. Ruth married Donald Baum in January of 1978 in Tonopah, NV while they lived there she worked as a waitress and in various Casino's. Ruth loved quilting and working in her gardens, reading books and going to the casino. She is survived by her husband Donald at the home in Santa, ID. Also by her step-son Dennis Salvador, three daughters Sue Seidel of Jackinsonville, FA, Patty Bullard (George) of Cottonwood, CA and Rene Freiburg (Dale) of Hoquiam, WA. She was preceded in death by her step-son Dell LaMar. At her request there will be no services. A memorial board will be placed on display at the St. Maries Bowl Beer Garden during Paul Bunyon Days.
