I just heard about John's passing. I have so many memories of John and Stella. I loved visiting them and listening to the player pianos. It was an honor to be their doctor many years and their friend. I will miss them.

Pa was my great grandpa, and I'm very grateful that I was able to share 34 years of my life with him. The thing I remember most about my great grandpa is that he always had a smile on this face and a gleam in his eye. Whether he was giving us handfulls of coins to make his player piano sing or providing us with fishing pointers on the dock, Pa always had time for his grandkids. Pa was a wonderful man, and he will be missed dearly by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Rest well Pa. We love you and miss you....

Pa was the only Grandpa I ever knew, and I appreciate how he readily accepted me into the family. I admired how he could fix anything, how much he loved finding "treasures" at yard sales, how deeply he loved Stella, and how he rarely angered. He was good natured and always had a smile for us. I'll miss Christmas Eve and Easter gatherings at Pa's house, but mostly I will miss having him as a Grandpa.

Pa was a wonderful person and helped us with anything we needed. He always sang "You Tell Me Your Dreams and I'll Tell You Mine". He loved all of us unconditionally and appreciated everyting we did for him. He would always tell me "You Made My Day"! or "I don't know what I would do without you". He was a great part of my life and he will continue to be in my thoughts. I loved him deeply.

I will miss my grandpa very much. He was a wonderful man and a joy to take care of. When he got mad he would always tell you he was going to throw you in the river or if he couldn't remember what he said he would tell you he was ready for the fox farm. He was a great guy and will be very missed.
