Obituary of Todd Leigh Moe

Todd L. Moe (34) resident of Coeur d' Alene, ID died suddenly on February 24, 2011 from a heart attack while at work at a Schweitzer Ski Resort resturant. He was born April 13, 1976 to Terry and Toni (Bryntesen) Moe at Coeur d' Alene. He lived in St. Maries, ID until he was 6 years old when he moved to Coeur d' Alene. While in Middle School he enjoyed playing sports. When he went to High School, he enjoyed playing drums . He graduated from Coeur d' Alene High in 1994. His first job in food service industry was at Third Street Cantina. He married Starr Deevers in 1998 at Hope, ID. He later went to work for the Moon Time Rest in Coeur d' Alene and in 2004 went to work for the Porch Resturant in Hayden, ID He worked that summer for the Boat House Rest on Hayden Lake. Sept. 2004 he went to work for St. Bernards Resturant at Schweitzer Ski Resort at Sandpoint. He worked there as the Kitchen Chef. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hiking with his sons. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Starr and sons Peyton and Bryson Moe all of Post Falls, ID His parents Terry and Toni Moe of Coeur d' Alene. Also surviving are his brothers Heath Moe of Wisconsin, Brad and Ryan Moe of Hayden, ID Chad and Tab Moe and his sister Heather Moe all of Coeur d' Alene. He is also survived by his step-grandmother Virginia Bryntesen of St. Maries. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday March 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. At St. Pius X Catholic Church 625 E. Haycraft Ave. with Fr. Roger LaChance officiating. A reception will follow services at the church.
