Shirley LOVED her bingo! she stayed with me for a week after I moved to Dallas, oregon. We went to bingo almost every night. She enjoyed it, and her enthusiasm rubbed off on everyone who knew her. Im sorry I didnt contact before now. I found this by accident. Dee and Joanne, please call me. 971-340-7229 Michele

Shirley & I became fast friends when she came to NJ to be a nanny. We met in church & were close pals since 1990. We shared many trips & visits to NYC, Washington, NC, Niagara Falls, NY, & many trips to the NJ Shore (Atlantic Ocean). We were the same age & were so much alike. We shared so many laughs. In 1992 I took the train from Denver to Seattle so I could see the Rockies for the first time. Shirley & Lee took me on a trip across the Cascades to Chelan & then up to Canada to Banff & Lake Louise.
I will truly miss my dear friend, but I know that we will meet again in Heaven. My deepest sympathy to Shirley's family & friends. Jean

Aunt Shirley,
Thank you for your love and the caring nature you so warmly offered up. Your anamnestic endearing laughter will attribute perpetually to my smile. I hear your words: Live an honorable and joyful life so when your time to become old arrives you can live it with a smile in your heart.
