Todd, Angie and Boys,
I will always remember Thelma as sitting on the bleachers wrapped in her pink blanket, never willing to miss any of the boys games, no matter what the weather. We were all so blessed to have had her in our lives. God's peace be with you at this difficult time.

I have known Thelma since I was just a sparkle in my mothers eye. Thelma and my Gramma Mildred Thompson were best friends and I think there were times that Thelma knew what I had done before I even thought of doing it. She always made me feel special when she would single me out in a group of friends. She was a downhome "Arky" and I loved her as much as if she was my own flesh & blood.
I know in my heart that she and her hubby & my gramma & grampa, Otis & Mildred are sitting on a porch, chatting & doing what they did best, be friends to all.
I know that she will be missed by so many people, but remember that we will all be together again. She is just paving the way for us.

For many years while working for the post office, I spent most of my afternoon breaks with Ed and Thelma. She always had a little snack for me and we would sit and visit. After Ed passed it was just her and I. I know she missed him terribly and now they are together. I am selfish though because I would give anything to have her back so we could spend one more day on the porch swing solving the problems of the world! To Todd, Angie, Tucker and Dalton, she loved you all so much and were so proud of her "boys", but I'm sure you all know that. I will think of her kindness to me every day that I drive up 14th street and look at that empty porch swing. Thank you for sharing her with me.

Todd, Angie, Tuck & Dalt,
I'm so sorry to hear that Thelma passed away. She was such a sweet lady. I enjoyed our many visits during baseball games. We shared a love for our "Jon-Boys" :) I remember the first time she heard me call Dustyn 'JonBoy' she said "why are you calling him 'JonBoy'...my Dalton is 'JonBoy'" then she just smiled. She was so proud of you boys!! She was a trooper at all the ballgames no matter what the weather! She held out longer than most of us did! She was a great lady and will be missed.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers! Let us know if there's anything we can do!
All our Love!!

Thelma~ You will be missed by so many. I loved living across from you when I was little. I enjoyed spending all that time with you, you were like another grandma to me and always had the best food ready for me when I came to stay :). You had the best heart and were so kind to everyone. I know you are in a better place now and reunited with your husband. I'm sure you are watching over your family and friends. We love you so much.

Dear Todd and Angie,
We are so sorry for your loss. I can't even begin to tell you how much Thelma (Foot) meant to me. Your family just seems like...family...always has and always will. I remember all the good times. The trip to Arkansas together was a special one. I could never really figure out if there was really a moonshine still at Thelma's Arkansas home or not...I always believed it to be true. I will also never ever forget all of those bologna, mustard, onion and tomato sandwiches she whipped up for us every time we "stopped" by. And when beautiful, blond haired Angie joined the family I felt I'd gained a sister. As life moves on we get busy and may not see each other for a year or two, but know you are all very special to me and the Linn family. We are here for you and love you all so much. Thelma Baker was a wonderful, truly great friend who will be missed by all.

I met Thelma and Bake the first day I delivered mail in St Maries. I always took my break there. I soon started doing the family's hair and became a part of the family. She baked me pies for christmas which were very good. We had great talks. She was a dear friend and I will miss her greatly.
She was like my Mom away from home. I will surely miss her. Bless all of her family and give them my deepest sympathy. Shirley Dickison

Todd & Angie...
So sorry to hear about Thelma. She was a very special person. She was a very hard worker & friendly to everyone. I don't think she ever met a stranger..if so they were friends by the time they were finished talking. She will be missed by all her many friends. I hope Kathy & Thelma are sharing so many wonderful memories about all the special friends they
had. I am sure Kathy was one of the first to greet Thelma....
