My father, Torrey A. Reno worked with Ralph Chandler on the Reno Ranch in Eastern Idaho in the early 1900's. They were good friends. I send my condolences from the Reno family. It was very sad when Effie died. Mary Barzee, mother of Ralph's wife Effie, ran the Reno Post Office near Birch Creek for over 20 years. The Chandler and Barzee families were like family to the Renos. My dad was a little older than Ralph and was in WWI. We are very sorry for your loss.
