Obituary of Larry Milton Harpole
Larry (Bing) Harpole (70) longtime St. Maries, ID resident, died peacefully in his sleep on May 20, 2015 at his home in St. Maries. He was born February 11, 1945 to Andrew Jackson and Ida (Foster) Harpole at Eugene, OR.
Bing lived in Oregon until he was 15 years old when he moved with his family to Calder, Idaho. He left school early to work in the woods. Bing appreciated the outdoors and all it had to offer. Bing was an avid NASCAR fan and Jeff Gordon was his favorite driver. He also found pleasure playing the guitar, especially in jam sessions with his family and friends.
Bing was married to Sidney Turner (Cramp) in 1966 at Coeur d’Alene, ID. They made their home at Calder, ID. They were divorced in 1979. In 1993 Bing married Margaret Sines, they were divorced in 2005. Working in the woods took a toll on his body and he retired in 2002.

Also surviving are brothers Charles Harpole of St. Maries and Elmer Harpole of North Dakota and by sisters Marilyn Hunter and Gloria Harpole both of Oregon.
