I’d like to offer my condolences to John’s family. I knew John through work and he was always very helpful to me, just a great resource about watershed restoration projects that were done during the many years he spent with the Forest Service. Whenever I ran into a question about streams and work that had been done, he was always a great person to ask and I enjoyed working with him. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences to you Jeanne and your two beautiful daughters. I had the privilege to work with John (JR) at the Fernan Ranger District for many years. He was always fun to be with, rain or shine he always had something positive to say about everything and everyone. You could always depend on him in any situation. I still remember his laugh because I heard it so often. He will be greatly missed by many.
