Obituary of Rhonda Joanne Miller

Rhonda Joanne Miller (56) passed away in St. Maries, ID on December 2, 2015. She was born to Vernon Miller and Frances Miller Beard in Wallace, ID on September 2, 1959. Rhonda grew up in St. Maries and attended school there. Following Rhonda’s schooling she traveled around and enjoyed life. She briefly moved to Alaska and worked in Prudhoe Bay. Rhonda returned to the lower 48 and relocated to Avery, ID. She worked for Shoshone County as an equipment operator. She had a home on the river in Avery and she loved it and the scenery of the surrounding mountains. Rhonda enjoyed embroidery and sewing. She also enjoyed the outdoors and everything they had to offer including the mountains, camping, and hunting. Rhonda is survived by her step-father Fred Beard of St. Maries, ID; brother Brian Miller (Susan Overman) of Wallace, ID; sisters Lynda Miller (William Zurcher) of Plummer, ID, Julie Miller Williams of Spokane Valley, WA; sister in-law Terri Bell of Clarkston, WA; nieces Meg Miller and Kendra Miller; and nephews Bryan Miler, Jared Miller, Kevin Miller, Nathan Miller, Cameron Johnson, Jaron Williams, and Keith Humphrey. She is preceded in death by her father Vernon Miller, mother Frances Beard, and sister Courtney Miller. Rhonda was loved very much by her family. A memorial service is planned for December 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Hodge Funeral Home in St. Maries, ID.
