Obituary of Brian Adrian Luce

Brian Adrian Luce (39) passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 6, 2015 in Plummer, ID. He was born to Gary and Jeannette Luce on December 7, 1975 in Seattle, WA. Brian’s family relocated to St. Maries, ID and he fell in love with the area. He attended school at Kootenai High School. Following his schooling, Brian went to work in road construction. He was a flagger and ended up working in Payette, ID. Payette, ID is where he ended up meeting the love of his life Justina Meeker. The couple decided to settle down and make their home in the St. Maries area. The couple married on February 14, 2015 and celebrated their marriage with a reception on May 2, 2015 up Mutch Creek. Also in 2015, Brian adopted Justina’s daughter Mariah who was the second love of his life and she loved him just the same. They all enjoyed all outdoor activities together. Brian specifically liked to fish, hike, and drive on the back roads. He loved his family very much, especially his mother. Brian is survived by his wife Justina and daughter Mariah at their family home in Plummer, ID; his mother Jan Hartley of Everett, WA; his father and mother in-law Bill and Vicky Malone of Nampa, ID; sister and brother in-law Brandi and Matt LaCombe of Seattle, WA; sister in-law Nicole Meeker of Marion, ID; and his many friends. He is preceded in death by his father Gary Luce and his sister in-law Chelsey Malone. There will be a gathering of family and friends at a later date.
