He was my childhood pastor and a close family friend. I am so sorry for his loss. He officiated my Grandfather's funeral in 2012 and my Step-Grandfather's in 2006. I can't believe he is gone. May he rest in paradise.

Hi Ethelyn,
Skip and I are so sorry, we love you both very much.
I wish there ws something we could do to ease yor broken heart, but we know only God can do that. We are here for you. Tom was a very good man...Skip still talks about when he worked for him at the hotel and what an asset he was in Wenatchee.
The kids also wanted me to send you their love as well...they were all saddened to
hear of Toms passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and will continue , love you Ethelyn.

I read about the death of Thomas and I know the family has saddened hearts because of losing their loved one. I want to share these beautiful scriptures where our heavenly father promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 3,4; "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. "And God himself will be with them." And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." Isaiah 25: 8 tells us: "He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." ) For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. Also, (www.jw.org search "comfort" or "why we die") has provided me with many more scriptures that have given me comfort and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. John 6: 40 tells us: "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day." It is my prayer these scriptures will give you comfort and hope in your grief. I offer my sincere condolences to the family.
