I know Don and the Jones family and friends have saddened hearts because of losing Janell recently in death. So I want to share this beautiful scripture where our heavenly father, Jehovah, (Psalm 83:18) promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. ." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. (Psalm 34:18) The Bible also enlightens us at Hebrews 2:14 "so that through his (Jesus) death, he (Jesus) might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt It has provided me with many more scriptures that have given me comfort, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. (John 5: 28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." It is my prayer these scriptures will give you comfort in your grief. Again, I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Janell had one of the most beautiful souls I've ever had the pleasure to know. She was so good to everyone. I worked with her for many years and she was a very special friend to me. Although I had not seen her in several years. I know she is in God's hands now safe and secure. She will be missed by all who knew her. I'm so sorry for your loss.

What a beautiful smile, Mrs. Jones had. I am very sorry to read of your loss. With her accomplishments, her love and joys, she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved wife, mother, grandma and friend. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org
