Obituary of Julia A. Riley

Julia A. Riley was born February 8, 1919 in Maui, HI.  She was the last surviving of 6 children born to Mary and Manuel Abreu.  Julie married Joe Riley in May 1944 in Maui, HI.  She along with her husband raised 3 children – Pat, Mary, and Tim in San Diego, CA.  She lived her last 5 years here in God’s Country in the beautiful town of St. Maries, ID.

She will be dearly missed by all of her children and their spouses whom she is survived by, Pat and Patty Riley, Tim and Fanny Riley, and Mary and Doug Chandler.  Also surviving are her grandchildren Mike and April Riley, Nick and Debrah Riley, Desere’e and John Miller, Matt and Brea Pratt, Lyndzee Riley, and Austin Riley; her great-grandchildren Taya, Alyssa, Ryan, Emery, John, Aubrey, Gavin, Vaughn, Alayla, and Jameson.

Julia went to be with Jesus on July 3, 2017 at her loving home at Valley Vista.  A memorial service will be planned at a later date and will be held at Valley Vista in St. Maries, ID.  Food will also be present for her family and friends.
