My heart felt condolence goes out to Mary's family. I know that growing up in Fernwood she babysat my brother and I a time or two. When I was home visiting with my daughter she had made her the most wonderful cloth diapers with Velcro fasteners, because she had heard that Jacey was not handling the California heat well and had recurring diaper rash. Thank you Mary they stopped after I started using them. After we moved back to Fernwood I worked for Doreen and when needed Mary would watch my kids. The first day I took them to Mary's she had a stick on her railing of her ramp and my son asked her what it was for. She said "That's what I spank little kids with who don't mind just ask your mother. Are you going to mind?" And of course he did. I never did tell him it was what she used for her flower bed. What a wonderful woman she was and I will miss her. I am sure there are so many stories that I could share, but these two are my favorite moments with Mary. I will miss Mary and I wish peace and joy to her family in the wonderful lifeb that she lived. I will always think of you when I see someone driving down the middle of the road. Love and prayers to her family.
