Our condolences to the family of Janene. I was her "step" cousin from Ohio, one of Herman's nieces. We met when we were very young. I would guess Janene was around 4 or 5 years old, but I remember her as an adorable youngster, along with her sister Patty and brother Charlie. I will not be able to attend services, but my love and prayers are with you and I will do the very practical GoFundMe in lieu of flowers. I lost my husband this year, also too soon. It is very difficult, but I like to think that I was extremely lucky to have had him in my life as I try not to feel sorry for myself. (I slip sometimes!) View each day as a new adventure and rise to the challenges--there are a great many!
