We still have two of Ken's paintings hanging in our den. For one of them, he just borrowed a set of antlers from Win, and painted the elk based on that. We were so impressed! What a nice and friendly guy to visit with too.
Our condolences to his family.

Our world just got a little smaller. Sorry to hear about Ken's passing. I am Ken's cousin. My father Elmer Posselt Jr. was Ken Posselt Sr.'s brother. Ken and I spent a considerable amount of time together when we were kids. We always had a great time. As adults, we went our separate ways. Haven't seen each other for about 46 years. Always meant to visit, but never got around to doing it. May God protect your soul dear cousin and may we meet again someday.

I am the first cousin of Kenneth Posselt Senior. Although never have physically met Kenneth Junior, we shared the same love of the outdoors I must assume it runs in the family. Kenneth SR and I were best of friends and were separated by the fact I was after WW2 and a Navy Veteran. After about 4 years I enlisted in the COAST GUARD and was not in the same area. I was in Nigeria when Kenneth SR passed away after a tragic accident took his life.I was not aware of his passing for some time. I was informed of Ken Jr. passing by My third cousin Rita Posselt who I am in touch with She lives nearby in New Orleans, I live in the piny woods near Gulfport MS. I have been praying for Ken Jr. that God will take immortal soul. God bless his survivors, feel free to correspond with me if you so wish
Love to all

When we learned of Ken's passing it broke our hearts. Memories of the times when we were neighbors and shared a meal and lots of laughter came back. We sure had a lot of fun. We've missed those times often. I hope you can find a little comfort Sue and family in knowing Ken was loved by many as are you.
