Obituary of Patricia Annette Boggs
Patricia (Patty) Boggs (81) passed away at her home on Monday, June 18, 2018. She was born on November 20, 1936 to Victor and Nettie (Barden) Neff in St. Maries, ID. Patty married Bud Magers in September 1951, and together they had 5 children; however the marriage ended in divorce. Years later, Patty married George Boggs in August 1989, and they have been married ever since. George is currently residing at Valley Vista Care Center in St. Maries.
Patty worked various jobs throughout her life including: a cook at Parkers in Avery, ID, many cook jobs in St. Maries, she was the State Treasurer for the Eagles, and she worked for the US Forest Service for multiple years. Patty was very knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors. Along with her love for the woods, Patty enjoyed crocheting and baking her homemade rolls
Patty is survived by her husband George; children Michael, Maxine, Patsy, and Cindy; sister Valerie, and brother Steve; along with her nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Wade, and great-grandson Bradley Hanson
A memorial service will be Saturday July 28, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Eagles Lodge in St. Maries, ID. A gathering of family and friends will follow.
