I have fond memories of April and Perry. He was my daughter's softball coach. They were called "Perry's Angels". When they found out Tammy was getting married they wanted to play at the reception. The only way he would let April play was to sit on a stool as she was very pregnant with Jimmy. So she sat on that stool and entertained. It was hard on her cause she had to sit still. She was a class act and a classy lady.

Great basketball player in high school. We practised together FULL ON! Was a unannounced challenge at first, then each practice we battled it out. We sat together on the long bus rides and made up a song about how numb our buns got by sitting so long on the bus rides. Couldn't wait till the end of the night so we could sing "Oh bus driver, bus driver, thank you for this ride..... Then I heard her sing for the first time with Perry. I was speechless. We all moved to Seattle for different reasons. Great memories of us all there. A song came about.. " Teresa and Brenda Too" Plus much more...:( Our lives connected many times throughout the subsequent years. I felt we were always forever friends even if we we didn't connect much. Her passing saddens me. RIP my friend. See you on the other side, I bought a basketball to play with my grandkids so I'm coming for you.
