We spent memorable occasions with Billy and Maggie when they wintered in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Billy was a fine gentleman and Maggie was his dear wife, fishing partner and soul mate. We thank them for touching our lives and for his service to our country. He will rest in the hands of God for eternity until he and Maggie are united again.

Name correction. I am James Sands II NOT III (3rd)
I worked with Billy from 1984 to 1997 when he retired. I stayed on until 1999. Billy was a good friend and always helping me out.... which I needed a lot! Margaret and I will miss him and the cheerful xmas cards every year. I know he was in heaven when they moved to Idaho for all the river fishing he and Maggie did together. I can be reached at sandsvegas@aol.com if you need phone #s. Dennis Ordway lives right down the street from me. Billy and Dennis go way back ! We all will miss Billy and send our deepest condolences.
