Andy was a person who was very strong, optimistic and hard working. I admired him of these characteristics very much and I learned from him to keep life going no matter how hard the life is. Life is not easy with everybody, but we have to keep walking ahead.
It was my honor to work with him and learned from him. It was one of the unforgettable time in my life.
Thank you Andy for teaching me so many things. You will be in our memory forever!

Andy was a wonderful man, and I will miss him greatly. I was privileged to meet him in his role at Peet Dryer and always enjoyed his friendly and direct personality, kindness and professionalism. He was always quick to discuss his great pride for his kids and deep love for his wife, but as I got to know him better personally, I found out how caring and compassionate he was for everyone. When my wife was going through breast cancer, Andy and Sandy both reached out personally with words of encouragement and advice on how to handle the battle with this evil disease. Their upbeat perspective and advice on how to handle the rigors were a godsend. Andy was strong and wise and kind. I will never forget the care he and Sandy showed in our time of suffering and pain.
I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for his family to loose such a great man. Courage and prayers to you my friends. I hope knowing how his legacy impacted the world be of some comfort in his absence.

To Sandy and his family,
I just wanted to say a few words of what Andy meant to me personally and how he helped my career. First off, I would not be in this industry had Andy not hired me at Lacrosse Footwear in 1998. Our relationship then began and span until his life came to a close. He then brought myself and my sales group to Peet where we continued to remain great friends and business partners. There isn't a perfect word or adjective to describe what Andy meant to me personally or how he affected my life. A great friend, a mentor, leader, and salt of the earth are just a few of those that I would use to describe Andy. He will be missed, but I do know he earned his wings long ago and created his seat in heaven. Just know that our heart felt prayers go out to all of you, and hopes that knowing how he lived created memories for all of us.
Thanks for sharing him with me.
