I am so sorry for your loss of such a loved young man, with his whole life ahead if him. I can understand your pain as I have been there. I remember him as a rambunctious little guy, as he and Hailey were growing up. It looks like he was growing into a handsome young man. She will miss him.

Coached Daniel in Football and Track and I knew right from the beginning he was going to be a good one. Taught him how to throw the Shot Putt and challanged him every meet to beat his previous best. He would find me wherever I was and tell me "Coach, I beat it again". I told him he would someday beat the school record if he kept at it. I will never forget one meet I jokingly told him he was going to run in a relay, he smiled and said OK. He got out there with the rest of the relay team and worked on handoffs over and over, when it came time to run for real he gave it his all, he finished his leg of the race and fell to the ground in exhaustion. He always gave 110% and his teammates respected him very much, and I as well. Coaches always have favorites and Daniel was definitely one of mine. In football he was a beast. He always begged me to let him run the ball, but I needed him on the line to make a hole so I never got to give him that chance. We had to move away after his 7th grade year but I would always message him after a game to see how he did and I was so proud to hear Coach Stryker gave him the chance to run the ball and he scored a touchdown that game, and I think he ended up scoring more. He was so proud and of course I was too. It hurt me so much to read of his passing. I cried like a baby and still have tears from this. My heart goes out to his family and friends. He will be very missed. RIP Stud! You have no idea the impression you left in my life. Love ya Daniel.
