picking huckleberries, Shelley falling down the hill and getting poked in the butt with a stick, the lost fire poker that Kristy found, the fishing line that snapped and gave me a hook shape on my leg, Amanda tucking and rolling near the trestle, Hunter and I fishing the creek and Dad looking for us because we were taking to long, removing trees from the road with Trevor and Justin (and the rest of us), Mike and Mark helping Dad get an Elk, going through the tunnels honking and yelling, and visiting the Sheldon's in Avery. It was a long exhausting day, but worth the time and energy. Thank you for so many great memories. Miss you every day! Luv ya!!!

Took a ride across the State Line Road and dropped into Loop Creek to see if the snow had finally melted. The road was clear of snow but not rocks, holes, and trees. Spent the day smiling and crying as memories made their way to the surface: taking the ride across the State Line Road at night and freezing in the back of the pickup, picking up rocks at the old mine dump on top, a shoes lost in the mud (recovered), the monster mosquitos that we had to stop for while riding on the tailgate, the dust-covered ride to SHEFOOT, exploring and looking for rocks at the old cabin, (cont.)

Happy Fathers Day "DAD"
I took a drive up to the St Joe area today so i could be with my dad...he loved this area and he was everywhere...we were "relaxin" "snackin" "talkin". Everyone keeps telling me my dad was so blessed to have me in his life...But... I AM THE BLESSED ONE...who got to be a part of HIS LIFE!! I never told my dad goodbye...I told him i would see him later. Someday i will see the beautiful space he has created in heaven and i know it will look alot like the St Joe area...beautiful tree-ed camp area with a creek running near...all raked with a pile of huckleberry brush near his chair and a HUGE FIRE that welcomes you!! when you seen that FIRE you knew you were safe and so very LOVED!!!! and you knew you were home and you felt it in your heart and soul!! My dad was the most giving-caring-loving person i have every known and he is my everything... and his GIRLS are his everything!!!!
I LOVE YOU DAD!!!!!! YOU ARE SO REMEMBERED TODAY AND ALWAYS AND FOREVER!!

Billy Lee will be missed very much..He was a special person. I hold him dearly in my heart. He knew how much I loved huckleberries. The best time I had camping with him was when when he went out and brought the branches of the bushes back and dumped them between Mom &Dads camper and his Moms camper we had agreat time...(: Love you cousin Bill...

My heart hurts when I think about not having my dad around to share things with. I have so many great memories of all his favorite things; especially camping and fishing. I will miss the nightly phone calls or texting, the reporting of results after each of my basketball games, the endless summer camping adventures, and getting out fished at every fishing hole. I have learned many things from him. On top of the list was to make sure and do things that make me happy and to enjoy life. I am proud to say that I am his daughter.
Now I am taking one day at a time and reflecting on my many memories to help me get through.
Love you very much Dad!!!

I have many great memories of Uncle Bill. Growing up I spent many nights in their home, on the road to grandmas house in Latah, Hunkle (huckle) berry picking, Moses Mountain bike rides....it goes on and on. Uncle Bill will be missed. Love you guys!

It's hard to believe dad is really gone. Mike & I have many good memories of camping & cutting fire wood with the "Crazy Codger" aka - Snake Chaser. Camping will never be the same. You know - They called him the STREAK?!?!
