I am so very deeply sorry about aunt Eleanor. She was truly the most caring and sweet lady. I remember when I was a kid going and spending time at her home and helping out when she broke her arm . She was a very beautiful lady and I will miss her so much.

I have not seen Eleanor since High School in the 1960,s. She was a Cousin as her dad Lester was a brother to
my dad Volney Lamb. I grew up 1.5 miles from her at the East end of Lamb road on the V Lamb Cattle Ranch
which is near Winona, Idaho. May Eleanor rest in peace and I am wishing her family the best in their time of
morning for their loss of Eleanor. Jay M. Lamb Sr. and Karen K. Lamb

I first met Eleanor when she volunteered and then worked at Heyburn. She was so dedicated to her job, and very supportive of all students (especially her grands) and staff. I recently had a wonderful visit with her in the grocery store parking lot - so happy we both took the time for a brief catchup. Lovely woman, gone to soon. My condolences to her loved ones

I met Eleanor 50 years ago when my friend, Linda Bailey and I went to a new mother’s class at the hospital. Eleanor was there, and the three of us were instantly friends. Eleanor and Linda were expecting their first babies and I was expecting my second. That was a special time. As the years went by, we had more babies, and our lives were filled with raising our families. I didn’t see Eleanor often, but we enjoyed a brief visit whenever we ran into each other on the street, or in a store, or bank. And even though we didn’t spend a lot of time together, it was enough for our friendship to last 50 years. I wish it could have been longer, but God had another plan and took Eleanor home. I am thankful for my memories of my sweet, gentle friend.

It is with a heavy heart I write my farewell to one of the sweetest gals I know. Eleanor and I got to know each other at work. She always went above and beyond her duties to make sure the classroom was neat and tidy for the teachers and students. She would surprise me with little gifts and notes from time-to-time that I will now cherish forever. May she Rest In Peace and know just how truly special she was to me and many others.
