Bob and Rick, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. I cannot begin to tell you how very much I loved Bob and Joan. I regret our geographical distances and wish we could have spent more time together. During my youth (1950's - 1960's) I remember that no matter where we were stationed I got letters & birthday cards from your folks. I looked forward to hearing from them. During my adult years, they would visit my mom and family on their way down to AZ. I loved letting my kids explore the trailer and visit with MY favorite Aunt & Uncle. It is without saying, he loved you boys and always spoke with kindness about your growing up. He had a way of letting you know how he felt things and I appreciated his honesty and fearless attitude towards life. He worked hard and played hard. They both enjoyed life - full spectrum - and for that, I will always love them!

I am very sorry to hear about your dad. I will always remember the times I had hanging out with you and your family. Remember the time we helped your dad wash the 54 Chev and then we went for a fast ride to dry it off and the fan blade came through the hood? The trip to Portland to a baseball game? Thank you for including me in the announcement.

Thank you to all who have been in contact with us. Dad will be forever grateful for your care and concern. He deeply loved his family. He was fiercely proud to be a Taisey. One of the things we will miss most is the joy he felt when he was with his brothers and sisters. Hope to see you in May.
