I am saddened to hear that Kathy has passed away. I worked with Kathy from December 1995 until July of 1997. Kathy was a professional and always treated people with respect. It was a pleasure to know and work with Kathy, she will be sorely missed.
Kathy was a one stop shop for knowledge of the St. Maries area, not only would she dispatch you to the call, she'd tell you how to get there. She always wore a smile and had a cup of coffee for anyone who stopped in the Sheriff's Office.

I am sending my condolences to the family and friends of Kathy. I have known her since 1970. I was nine years old. I remember getting to play on her baseball team, tug of war for and competitions in Logging Days. in late 70' early 80's in Emida. Kathy, you will always be loved and very much missed. Kathy was a wonderful, caring, do anything for anyone, fun person to be around. We bowled together for a short time and always had most laughs of any team. I am so saddened by your loss. I have known Kathy my whole life, she babysit me and then I babysat for her. Our families in Emida, spent a lot of time together, so much so that I consider them all family. Kathy will never be forgotten, she touched so many lives in a positive way. When I think of her... she always has that beautiful smile on her face, I don't see her any other way, her face and heart always seemed to be smiling.
