Stirley was a Member of Special Forces Chapter 9 in El Paso for many years, until he asked to transfer to Chapter 25 in Spokane. Stirley and I had many fine conversations on the phone in my capacity as Secretary of Chapter 9. God Bless you Sir! You are missed already.
