I didnt know Norm as well as my brother Dan did. I know Dan liked Norm's friendship and spoke of him often.
In the last few years Norm and I corresponded with each other many times, through facebook and messanger. The last time I saw him was at a mutual friend's mother funeral.
I did not know many facts until reading his obituary. Impressive life of duty to our country ( and his father) and lifetime of learning and helping others.
This was very sad news to hear of Norm's passing, but at the same time, a celabration of his life, for his service to our country, a really good guy, and the impact of goodness that he had.
Rest in peace Norm....I salute you in the highest reguards!!!!
